A proposed hotel design involving the redevelopment of an old building in collaboration with Mahdy & Türkeli in Berlin. The old building comprises the ground floor with an area of 743 square meters, and an extension of four residential floors, each covering 434 square meters. The design aimed to preserve the original building’s historic character and restore it, as approved by the municipality, recognizing it as a heritage structure. This project resulted in the creation of a large complex building that combines both classic and modern architectural styles.
