Residential Complex

A residential complex project featuring residential towers reaching up to 15 floors, connected to two types of residential buildings (arcade buildings and buildings with a central corridor). The project was situated on a sloping land, with a total height decrease of 11 meters toward the sea.

The complex included 12 residential towers and 14 connecting buildings, totaling 470 residential apartments, with some being single-story and others duplex, designed in the 1999 academic year. The new architectural presentation of the residential complex was completed in 2021.

The residential apartments were diversified in their distribution across the different floors, with single-story and duplex apartments in both the towers and the connecting buildings. The design also included site coordination for an area of 142,200 square meters.

This project received approval from the department’s professors, and three of my friends in the civil engineering department at the university used this tower as a model for their graduation project in the study of concrete reinforcement for the tower.
